Darick is an accomplished mortgage and real estate professional with over 22 years of experience as an Expert Mortgage Broker Owner at Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group and over 25 years as a Real Estate Broker Owner at Yellow Brick Realty Ltd.
A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, Darick has completed the Canadian Investment Funds Course and the Canadian Securities Course. He holds the Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is a licensed Real Estate Broker through the Ontario Real Estate Association. He has also completed the AACI designated courses, further expanding his expertise.
Darick's extensive experience includes working in residential construction, building custom homes, overseeing large-scale renovation projects, managing residential subdivisions, and developing and owning commercial properties in Central Ontario. His diverse background and in-depth knowledge of the mortgage and real estate industries enable him to provide professional, unbiased advice and assistance throughout the entire financing process.
Additionally, Darick served a two-year appointment on the board of directors for Canadian First Financial Centres, further demonstrating his leadership and commitment to the industry.
